Our story starts with a chef and his garden. What does a chef do with an excess of vegetables, fruits and herbs? He creates! Thus, the beet and the smoked jalapeño ritas were born and they spawned an entire line of unique flavor marriages that continue to define our legendary rita menu. Our flavors are limited only by our imagination!
